Energy Saving in Electromechanical Grain Cleaning Systems

چکیده

The article is concerned with energy conservation in the process of cleaning grain. study aimed to find ways reducing consumption when food grains by using energy-saving operating modes (ESOM) on production lines grain storage facilities. For this purpose, experimental tests were performed which involved studying effects physical and chemical properties as well influence various specific (SEC), was found be most informative indicator for determining ESOM. mathematical description target function carried out conducting a multifactorial experiment application orthogonal central composite design (OCCD) second order. Calculations produced number models describing dependence response input parameters. proposed approach made it possible obtain minimum SEC develop practical recommendations reduce consumption, resulted development scientifically based standards machine.
